Pepperoni Pie




Pepperoni Pie


1/2 lb. muenster cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 cup gluten free flour

1 egg

1 1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni


Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 10" well greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.

That looks good. And easy..does it help with a pizza craving?

It helped alot with the pizza craving. I'm never impressed with any of the crusts that I've tried and the toppings are the best part anyways. I dipped it in some Boboli sauce and it was wonderful.

This looks so yummy~ I wish I could have cheese but am thinking about trying it without, a kind of cheeseless pie. I will let you know. We are off to the county fair today. Are you going to go to it at all? HUGS

This would be excellent with green peppers and sausage also. I made this again the other night and I cut the milk down to 1 1/4 cups and I think it was better.

Lynn: Nope I am really trying to stay away from the fair this week. Sometimes you just have to be in the right mood for it.

I am excited...now that I learned of the cheese I can eat safely I will be able to try this recipe. YEAH!
